From Friday evening until Sunday morning, we’ll step away from fixing, figuring out, and faking it — and into direct, simple (so, so simple), experience.

You’ll learn how to run The Experiment — a simple, surprising, and sometimes wild way of feeling your way into freedom. We’ll talk about what it is, and then we’ll actually do it. Together. Rinse. Repeat.

We’ll go deep.
We’ll be quiet.
We’ll laugh, cry, breathe, and break open — not because we’re trying to, but because that is what happens when you stop trying so hard.

  • How to run The Experiment (even on your worst day)

  • What to do when it doesn’t “work”

  • Where to go next (without effort)

We’ll kick things off Friday night, get deep (and probably weird) on Saturday, and wrap it all up Sunday morning before your brain kicks back in.
We’ll teach you how to run the Experiment, and then we’ll run all kinds of experiments — together.

You’ll:

  • Feel your feelings

  • Be around people who aren’t pretending

  • Laugh, cry, and probably swear a little…a lot

  • Stop managing your emotions like a full-time job

  • Walk away knowing how to do this on your own, anytime

You’re on your own for housing, meals, and travel.

Stay in a hotel, Airbnb, your cousin’s couch — your call.
Eat with friends, eat alone, UberEats a burrito in your car. We don’t care. We’re not doing group meals or slumber parties.

Why? Because you need space between sessions. And because grown adults should get to sleep and snack how they want.
