This six week, residential program is built to make a huge change in the entire family - simply by addressing the needs of the most challenging family member.

Participants get away from their day-to-day interactions with other family members and the business in this residential experience.

Personal skills and business skills are taught in an environment that has real-life, high-stakes consequences.

This is not treatment, this is real work, with real outcomes, requiring real team-work, visionary thinking and decision making.

An entity will be created during this experience with defined outcomes and processes.

Your family member will stop living off of the family wealth, and will be making their own decisions about how to invest money, become a member of a team and make a true impact on their own lives, the life of the family and the world.

This is a high stakes issues for family businesses that hasn’t been solved by therapy, governance, consulting or other methods.

- housing and food are not provided - part of Family Business Reform School is having the family member identify and pay for their own housing

- location is Barcelona, Spain

- cost is $10,000,000 per person - $1,000,000 goes to program fees $9,000,000 is for real-world, high-stakes decision making

- These are your most challenging family members so there is no guarantee of reform — we can guarantee a few things though

- All participants will make their own independent living decisions

- All participants will manage a $9,000.000 budget and make final decisions on its use — this will cause change for them and the family
