Nearly 20 years ago an attorney told me that she made binders for all of her family business clients. It included all of their important legal documents and an explanation (in real people language) of what the document was for.

Soon after that, I started dreaming of creating an electronic version of that binder. I never thought I would be able to create it because I have zero interest, ability or skill in creating software.

Amazingly, I found the foundation to build it on and now The Owners Box is going to be a thing.
